Terms & Shipping

PRICING POLICY
All prices are shown in DKK. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

PAYMENT
Payment takes place via PayPal.
You can pay with your credit card if you do not have a PayPal account.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Danish orders will be delivered within 2 – 7 working days and in Europe within 3 – 14 working days, from the time you place your order. Delivery cost within Denmark is 75 DKK per order and within Europe is 140 DKK per order. Shipped as parcel post by Post Nord DK.
For outside Europe, please contract me on pia_baastrup@hotmail.com for the Shipping price. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Some delays can occur during busy periods.

RETURN
There is a 14 days cancellation right from the date the parcel is received. The cancellation must be send to me by mail: pia_baastrup@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the items must reach me within 14 days from the day of cancellation. The return shipment should be sent to the following address: Pia Baastrup Strandgade 57. 2 th. 1401 Copenhagen K. Denmark. Goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with tags attached. The packaging of the item must be in the same state as it was received. This is very important so that the item does not break during transport. You are therefore encouraged to store the packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item. Return of goods is at your own expense. Once I have received the goods and accepted the return, I will transfer the amount to your account.

No parcels sent on demand are received.

GUARANTEE
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. Complaints apply to defects in material and / or fabrication. This means that you can either have the item replaced, the money back or a discount on the purchase. This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear. The complaint also does not apply to small deviations in the handmade products. See section Handmade products. In case of a complaint, please contact pia_baastrup@hotmail.com including your order number, images of the claim and a description.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All products are made by hand, so every item is unique. Therefore, there may be slight differences / deviations from the image you have seen of the item on the webshop, such as color shades, a small color stain in the glaze, minor differences etc. The stated dimensions of the products are approximate measurements.
NOTE! The products in porcelain are dishwasher proof, but I do not recommend it. The products in clay and stoneware are not dishwasher proof. See also description under the products if special handling of the individual product is recommended.

COMPLAINTS

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although I aim for the website to be accurate in all respects, I can not guarantee that all available products at Pia Baastrup webshop are in stock when your order is processed. In case a product is out of stock, I will contact you as soon as possible via e-mail and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information is stored in connection with use of the website and webshop will be treated with utmost care. The information I store will not be sold or used for any purpose other than to make sure you get the best possible service. For security reasons, no payment information is kept in our database.

ITEM CONDITION, UPON RECEIPT
If the item is damaged when it is received from Pia Baastrup, it must be notified to me by email: pia_baastrup@hotmail.com within 3 days after receiving the item, with pictures of the damage and description thereof.
